Ever try having sex with one person on mushrooms? Can't imagine group sex on mushrooms. A fanny fart would end the whole thing

My bet is alien interference. All these legends and stories about gods had to have some origin.

Whoever wrote this nonsense should check their facts ,50,000 years ago there were humans similar to us.The earliest rock drawings, cave paintings and little figurines date from around this period. Some postulate an increase in human intelligence around this time or maybe there was a gradual accretion of culture ,which left signs that we could detect.
Homo Erectus was a type of early human(more than a hominid)that existed from about 2 million to about 140,000 years ago.Isolated pockets of them could conceivably have persisted for longer than this in Asia.Homo Erectus was never a canopy dweller ie arboreal, they had similar legs, bipedal locomotion, similar arms and throwing ability to us.They made use of stone tools and some use of fire. The descent from the trees and spread out into the open (as forests retreated in a drying Africa)by apes, happened gradually ,millions of years before the time of Erectus.
The idea of group sex contributing to humans forming societies is also a bit of a nonsense. Our ancestors before they were human were almost certainly group dwellers ,just as African apes and most monkeys are today.Maybe some of our ancestors acted a bit like chimpanzees, when a female is in oestrus she will be mated with by a number of males.Human evolution however moved nearer the pair bonded monogamy route. Why?because keeping a male around looking after his offspring individually, contributed over time to more children surviving to sexual maturity and eventually an increase and spread in population. How did this pair bonding evolve? The human female ,unlike other species, does not have a general heat period and can have sex most of the time.More sex kept the male around contributing to the female and their offspring. The female gained someone individually providing for her and her children ,contributing to survivability. This increased care for offspring also allows for a longer juvenile period and a longer learning period to fit in with complex human culture.
Human babies are born helpless and feeble and need a long period of care, due to limitations on the width of the bipedal human female pelvis.Having the male hang around ,contributing to raising these rather helpless offspring ,has been a useful evolutionary ploy for Homo Sapiens.
