The fact that the man was attempting to persuade a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD to accept money for sexual services then he should have been charged for paedophilia/grooming rather than punting.
As with the first case in the North neither were visiting an escort.
Both were seeking the services of random members of the public and in this case a minor ffs .
Surely both these scumbags would have been prosecuted regardless of the new law or not.
