Actaully the risks are not the same.ther is a far greater transfer of bodily fluids through vagina sex than through owo.To the best of my knowledge and im open to correction here,is that the killers Aids and the like are all transfered from one to the other through bodily fluids.OWO carries a risk but nothing like the risk of bareback.

By owo the risk seem to b lower but in case when both sides have a little cut or wound in the mouth then the risk is almost equal i think. And by FK there it comes to microscopic injuries all the the time.
