So - relative to escorts - it's conceivable that - despite having sex 10 times a day (or more), they rarely experience, "true intimacy"?
Which subsequently begs the question - what is true intimacy?
And if we were to operate from that particular model - true intimacy - could be extrapolated to alleviate social loneliness, and related conditions.
That is to say - GOOD SEX - could potentially be, at least in part, a solution - to physical maladies, autoimmune disorders, precipitated via inhibition of NLRP3 inflammatory mediators among others, later life neural degeneration - not to mention simply, better day to day functioning and quality of person to person interaction.

I mention this here specifically as - I have brought this discussion, this thread - to the attention of higher authorities that have supposedly some level of interest in this area.
The purpose,
1) to illustrate to them that, despite their best intentions and prestigious titles - they really don't have a fucking clue what they're talking about
2) to illustrate that, escorting and sex work has been vilified and laws past in attempt to subjugate its practice. Where as in actual fact, it is the ideal means to garner true insight into the core area upon which the quality of our lives and happiness, in addition to good health - depends.
Sex.

Let's face it though - she's hardly the only one.
George Hook is/was a hillbilly.
Maybe Ciara is the best of a bad choice.
I can pretty much assure you however - she's on the oppositional side of the fence when it comes to legalization and regulation of the sex trade.
If regulation ever comes to pass - her head would probably explode.
