Who owns all the little ones? Listoke Distillery, Dingle Distillery, Echlinville Distillery were the three I toured for gin. All three claimed to be owned locally by a small group of friends.

Whiskey i meant. There is a few micro breweries. If i ever make enough coin i would like to open one.

I keep trying, but I've never had even a sip of whiskey I like. I like gin, but anejo tequila neat is really my thing.

Whiskey is not for everyone. Gin is lovely with a mixer or just straight.
