Well, in all my years punting I can't say that I have ever been in an "old shitty apartment"!
Most have been very nice with some being exceptionally nice! Many of the ladies who I visit regularly have their own apartments and work on their own.
As for ladies getting new places to rent - I'm not sure if you have noticed or not but there is a serious accommodation crises in Ireland at the moment, particularly in Dublin. It would be next to impossible for many ladies to just move to a new apartment every few weeks.

I know what you say about keeping it clean and the noise down but you cant control with happened when the client comes and is there, how many times have you had to tell a
