Fractured my thumb in work closing large gates and now my arm is in a sling.
I have been told not to work for 9 days either.

U shud think about speaking to a solicitor but it depends how much u like the job and weather the owners are going to look after you while you're out of work

A weeks pay would do nothing for me. I want €50,000
U won't get that but no harm wanting I suppose.
My brother has a claim for damage to his back when he was working outdoors and he's been told the most he will get is about €20k
