    a guy was buckraking silage and put the spike through my leg, I could have got 100k but decided not to but money does not bring happiness

    He's a short time in the job so chance's are quite high he's on a temp Contract.

    It's 5% manual job , the rest is indoors , u sound like a bad apple , there in all workplaces , you have probably bullied someone at work.

    I find yor interpretation of the entire event extremely unusual. Seems like you've got an axe to grind.
