Regular exercise and there really isn't any reason why we can't keep up our hobby into old age.
I intend going on as long as I am physically able.

I find my punting hobby a great motivator for exercising.

I nearly joined a gym once after looking at Melek's gym selfies

TBH I do exercise more these days and watch what I eat and drink, the hidden benefits of punting

You're doing it wrong then. Since I started punting, I've had a policy that for my birthday, I spend my birthday money on a repeat appointment, with my favourite escort from during the year.
