Can you rely on the Favorites list?

When an escort posts her Favotites, can you count on her being willing to provide them? I am always suspicious when the escort seems to list everything, but when a select number are available, I read them to help me decide if I want to see her or not.
But when an escort includes French kissing on her favorites, and then responds to a review saying “i never kiss with tongue, i just kiss on the lips and i say it to everyone,”. WHF??
