Mayo win it by 4pts. They are still in the championship. Maybe today was more about the result rather than the performance. To beat a fellow div 1 team is good and i dont think mayo will fear any of the beaten provincial finalists in the draw. Certainly not limerick, kildare or their neighbours roscommon. I wonder is that the end of the road for banty?

All true, I think Banty has brought them as far as he can , poor championship season for Monaghan
