Tyrone get a comfortable 8 point win. They could be a tough team to get in the qf. Shaun patton got a red card near the end.

Armagh were the same group as Tyrone so I don't think we can be drawn together in the quarter finals.

Ballybofey was always a fortress for Donegal but this result shows how they miss Murphy and McBrearty among others. Thought it would have been closer.

So no draws but 2 1 point victories in the earlier football matches and a 2 point win in the hurling shoes just how close the teams were. Just not my day for betting. Maybe Galway and Mayo will save me tomorrow !

    Galway v Mayo today
Hard to call, I think Mayo by a point or 2 .

    Tailteann cup semi finals
Meath v Antrim, I hope Antrim can win, would be great for them.
I expect Meath will be too strong for Antrim, Meath by 5 points.
Down v Laois, I think Down will be comfortable, an 8 point win.

A huge game for both teams. Which is the real mayo? The one that won the league and then beat kerry in killarney or the one that just beat louth and let a 6pt lead slip against cork. If both sean kelly and damien comer start then i think galway might sneak it. I'll go for galway by 2pts. And i'll have to give rte credit as they are showing this game live. I criticise them often enough.

Ya i think most people would fancy both meath and down to win. Its good that both games are in croker, must be a while since the antrim footballers played there. Hope they are two good games.

Peno for antrim. They score it and now lead by 2pts. Good peno.

Great save by the antrim goalie. That looked destined to be a goal.

Point for antrim right on the stroke of ht and they lead by a point at ht.

Mayo make 4 changes before throw in. Thats alot. Galway have the breeze in the first half. Will they need a 4 or 5 pt lead by ht?
