If you are talking about cramps,I have often gotten them in the past and usually they were self inflicted and usually occurred in my left thigh for some reason.
Back in the days when I used to exercise a lot,I sometimes would get a cramp in the left thigh or calf the evening following exercise, especially if I had overindulged in the gym or if I had come back to exercise after a break.
The left thigh cramp could also occur the day after having seriously overindulged in alcohol.
It could also sometimes occur after drinking too much coffee-talking here in the region of 30 cups a day rather than three.
The above circumstances were obviously down to dehydration.
I only once got a cramp with an escort,as I stood up to leave, the left thigh pain kicked in so I spent twenty minutes keeping the leg straight and walking on it.This usually, eventually, got rid of the cramp although sometimes I could get a second round of it.
The escort advised me to eat a banana.
Never really got the night cramps that can wake you up from sleep, although my mother used to get them.

It could be dehydration or lack of minerals, or something worse. If you are sitting a lot during the day your posture could be an issue. Yoga, bananas and water....should help...mix together for a wild time
[QUOTE=Floki;2020727]I will have to look around for some.
Still hurting after 8 hours, nut not as bad as before.[/QUOTE
Its an inflammation build up more than likely from weakness in the area. Its weak so tenses up to stop you using it. Stretch it, ice it and roll it on a tennis ball and do calf raises three days per week , 3 by 10 reps. I would still strengthen the back, stretch the hams as well.

She went to doctor and doctor gave her some pills and advice her to eat lots of products who contain calcium. It seems that the lack of water and banana could be the key to the pain, it still hurts a bit, but not as bad as it was.
I do walk quite a bit daily, nearly 3 hours a day walking.
I will also look into buying Magnesium.
Thanks guys for the information.
