People that walk in the middle of a path knowingly well that people are behind them.

When people generally smoke around animals or children.

When walking cross the road on a zebra crossing and asshole drivers still carry on narrowly missing you by a few inches.

When waiting at a crossing and somebody is stood to the side of you, but when it is time to cross the road, they try to walk across in front of you, cutting you off.
I use the dog to stop them from cutting me off, by cutting them off, or I verbally call them for being a dick.

Fully grown adults acting like children on forums, so I have to tell them off with a spanking.

How fully grown adults laugh at children because they believe in Santa, when they believe in an invisible man in the sky.

When people walk in pairs the other direction you;re walking, only move the smallest amount, forcing you to flatten yourself against the wall, or force to walk in the road to get past.
Or sometimes in my case, I shoulder barge them.

People who keep scraping the knives and forks on the plate,
Hens parties in pubs who insist on screeching .
Loud people in pubs who insist on being heard
People who talk on there phone with loudspeaker so you have to hear both sides.
Men with bad wigs.
Drivers who only indicate they are turning right as light turns green.
Cyclists who go through red lights or cycle on path .

Yeah, many people very much lack common sense where I live really bad.
The people really are brain dead at most times.

You could be walking in the city and all of a sudden, they just stop dead (not literally) in the middle of the path playing with their phones, forcing other people around them to quickly move out of the way.
I call them Zombies.
