I'm not sure it would work weekly Notatwork. I was thinking forthnightly at most although it'll probably be more 3-4 weeks type of a thing. Either way it'll be one or two interviews a month.

The main reason why a weekly thing wouldn't work is because its charm might wear away too quick. Although I could be wrong. In any case there will be another interview in a couple of weeks.
