Because she declined that, he requested money back as he didn't want to go through with the appointment. She went mad, called her friend over, started to physically harm him, and he left.

It's always better to ask twice than go wrong once.,if one of her favourites was such a deal breaker he should have asked again before his shower, and he said that he only asked for some of his money back and how he asked could have a lot to do with it,,, maybe he should have said nothing and put it down to experience
