Default Well, what else would you be doing, reading a book?

PornHub has confirmed that numbers have been great lately, and that's all down to the Irish Republic. You're welcome PornHub.

The porn-website have confirmed that a whopping 53% of users during Hurricane Ophelia... were Irish!

Log-ons by men rose by 61%, while 34% of females logged onto the site during the nasty storm.

    The website said:

''At 2 am, female traffic was up 53% compared to their average level, but at 3 am men peaked at 68% above average…

''Later in the day, it seems that more of the traffic increase came from men, with their traffic being 61% above average at 3 pm, and women up 34% during the same period.''
A PornHub spokesperson said that ''our statisticians found a massive increase in Ireland's PornHub traffic compared to a normal day.

''Ireland's evening traffic returned somewhat to normal, fluctuating plus or minus 10% from average.

"The spike in traffic to the over-18s web page is made even more significant when combined with the widespread electricity outages and internet service disruption that hit many parts of the country.''

PornHub has previously confirmed that a lot of their traffic comes from Irish citizens with 25 visits per capita each year.
A new study recently revealed that those who do watch porn found some of the content ''disturbing'' or ''too hardcore''.

The study, which Independent.ie spoke about, revealed that those who watch porn regularly are more concerned about what their family and friends might think if they found out that they watched porn on a daily basis.

Those who watched porn also revealed that their first encounter with 'porn' was through magazines or images.

Hurricane Ophelia took the lives of three people and caused road destruction and delays. Schools were closed down on Monday and trees collapsed, furthermore blocking roads.

At least 274,000 people were left without electricity and water.
