I too have had something similar only last weekend. Made the call, agreed a time. Got to location, rang at agreed time, was asked to wait 5 mins, to which I did. Phone went straight to voicemail after that. Waited for 15/20mins ringing every couple of mins, no change, sent a a text to explain, no reply. Had to leave. Even though it is only your 3rd review, I don't see that it should be put on hold just because it is not positive. Get in touch with the mods and ask them to explain why it has not been published. I have found them helpful in the past on these kinds of things
