I have v simple set of rules . Apart from how I make decision on who to visit(thats a whole thing in it self on here!!) so lets not go there but good english essential as I only book longer appointments
1 Arrive on time in good order, I dont drink dont smoke so good hygiene is my only thing to make sure of.

Presuming everything else in order like its actually girl in photos and not from 12 years ago either!, she actually girl who answered phone and speaks english and all the other know hazards are cleared ,

2 Treat her as a person not a commodity

3. Allow some space for her to get confident

$. Be aware if its first meeting that she is also on edge, so allow her to set pace

4. Leave on time. No matter how long my booking I will always leave on time, so girl never thinks I am trying to gain /seek special treatment . If she wants to talk on whatever OK but I always say I know I am over my time . This works for me in that if girl is relaxed/comfortable so am i if they are not i cant settle so it then goes west rather fast. I think for me its just what works

I normally will see certain girls who I get on with and put up with me frequently so they know what to expect. Although just now I am on coffee thing which I did today and it was great fun God she looks good dam good when ANGRY, not at me I hasten to add , those eyes !!!OMG I got get over current stuff v fast
