Viber voice level

Hi all.

Does anyone notice a lower in call volume in the Viber app?

Regular calls have a loud sound but Viber is very low and difficult to hear the other person.

I've turned up all volumes etc...Vodafone smart ultra 7.

Any advice to a solution?
