Puerto Rico is an Island , dramatic pause...... an Island surrounded by water big water ....

At which point i burst out laughing, WTF how in the name of Jesus did he pull this shit off , now in fairness I am having not a great day so he definitely provided a much needed comedy moment then you think nuclear codes ehhh
