was at the dentists today getting my wisdom tooth out and I hate the needle as getting sedated and the nurse then hold my hand and comforted me but then up it pops, so embarrassed.
Two weeks ago was at my doctors as has IBS and she touches my tummy and groin to see if it hurt and up it pops again, i sat on the chair then and talked to her until it subsided so I could leave
