Well, seriously, she did earn it.
And all joking aside, it is easy to criticise her body shape but when you have a demanding job it is not easy to stay in shape.
She has been a dead woman walking for some time. She did inherit a problem but she did little to address it; admittedly it would have been hard to do so but she did nothing at all and just went with the flow. Either she was complicit and was corrupt; or was unaware and was incompetent. Little bit of both, I think. In way over her head in a job she really could not do.
