    Post Astronomical Rent Prices

I read this article today in the paper over my coffee only a stones throw from the location, this has to be some type of joke, it seems astronomical that are greedy landlord would charge so much money but then this is Ireland and on this side of the city money flows.

Would love to hear from the lady in question who work in this area how they feel about these price and are they paying them?

Unbelievable it is, I was reading before also about this location having held and safety issues and costing upwards of 10 million to sort out the issue, it must be a considerable pain having invested in property in the last 10 years. Imagine if you bought one of these properties were told that on a cost you X and Y because off the building issue, unbelievable it would seem we help problems in the Republic.

I wonder will the posters who complain about the rates escorts charge in Ireland be able to put 2 and 2 together now.
    Probably not.
