  • Bring back the old green design, it was way better!

  • Keep this standard blue design. It is faster and better and I'd rather a design that is fast and works than something "pretty"!

    Default New Style???

As an experiment, I have given this forum the default vbulletin style...

Does it look as nice as our usual custom green style? No, I don't think so.

But, it has been brought to my attention that our custom green style could make these boards run slower and even be responsible for some errors on them.

So, my question is, what do you think of us using the standard vbulletin style instead of our custom green one. It's a poll, please vote!

    Thanks

I don't either, but does it work faster / better? And, if yes, is it better to use a design that is fast and functional than one we are only using because it is pretty?

Doesn't really bother me that much either way.... I'm just glad it's not in my head like I thought....

But can't we have something that's "faster and better" and looks "pretty".....

Ah hang on........ we already have you Patricia....

I'm more of a lick ass than Rimmerguy..........

I rather the green style. Green for Ireland I thought I was over on IIE when I saw everything in blue

I never knew that a change of colour could have an affect on speed. I don't notice any difference in speed. I hardly ever have any problems with speed on this site. But perhaps it would be noticed more on E-Is side?
Help Keyla in her fight with cancer. Every little helps.
It could happen to any of us.

Hi, no the colour doesn't affect the speed. We could make this blue design completely green. But other things like images used etc can effect the speed. Pat x

Prefer the green color but it does load marginally faster so performance over ascetics I guess plus the reply buttons appear bigger as well and easier to click on.The overall look is nice but the two tone of green and blue doesn’t look right.

I feel like trinny and suzanne ….

The 'blue was, in fact much faster, but my 'eyes' have yet to recover from all that 'blue'. My eyes seriously hurt, now
