But even if you catching nothing (happen many time) It still nice to be sitting on river with your rod and fly or worms and watching and waiting for a bite as birds singing and wind blowing or calm ...

I love everything about fishing, boating, riverside walks, stunning scenery, fresh air, exercise, relaxation, everything except actually fishing.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
And left.

Gutting isn't a problem, it's the hanging around doing feck all, all day, that bothers me. I guess nowadays, one can surf the net and fish at the same time, and hows the wife to know where you're wiggling your worm.

I've fished for as long as I can remember everything from course fishing to pike fishing to specimen fishing... currently big into the fly fishing at the minute... wht bout u?
