I think I nearly broke the machine. You can't beat competitive heart gets you over the last hurdle.
It's honestly akin to snorting drugs... Your high your shaky and you wanna do it again but u might have a heartache if u do more.

I am extremely jealous here currently cant train and so out of shape , but delighted for you, not sure how long you are training if you have just started be a little careful as there can be a honeymoon period where the one can be flying at the start then you push too hard and get injured, often between first 5-10 training sessions, if this is your situation consolidate where you are before setting new targets for around another 2 weeks and watch for flexibility work out its essential to avoid injuries

Hard it since march.. really seeing results of late tho.
I do alot of circuits weights and rowing machine for cardio and endurance there was a time I wanted to beat for 2000m and did it 45 seconds faster than my target time

Get out and walk at least swim etc I was always fat fit as in was fitter than most but also fatter than most as I'm always fairly solid muscle wise it's hard for me to loose weight but building up fitness is easy

Has to be that way sure be unfair to Olympians if I lost weight easily like

Also one small change in my diet had made a massive effect to my overall energy and body
Eat Breakfast dont eat late bed early up early
Breakfast like a king lunch like a prince dinner like a pauper.

When I was seriously training my biggest improvement came from dropping all processed/microwave meals. I got 15% more after about 8 weeks mind you I was at it 26 hours a week and had plateaued but that one change really kicked in , and a secret weapon for you organic beetroot juice, which is also an ace anti oxidant , around 200 ml a day
