grew up with only irish girls around so all these
eastern european ladies feel exotic to me

Firstly, just because a lady is beautiful does not mean she would either be good as an escort or that she would want to work as an escort. Secondly, as you say, this is a little island — because of this it is very easy to bump into people you know everywhere so if a lady wanted to work as an escort but didn't want family or friends to know then it can be difficult to do this on our small island.
