Happened to me in past a few times. Explanation was he want to get better direction, chat, know or get more info. As well 2-3 times I wasn’t pleasant over the phone. Almost yell on them. When they arrived all had hearing machine in ear. I felt super bad, was disappointed with my self. And asked why they didn’t told me. As they couldn’t hear me. I had to yell. They come on my nerves as I thought they are dumb and will make trouble in da house. But they were ashamed, didn’t want to tell me or feel disabled or me to feel they try to take advantage. Oh god. I felt so bad. As I hear on one ear just from 40% I know that feeling. So it’s so hard to know who is genuine. People who pretend to be disabled are disgusting!

Many do accept texts but be brief and to the point and let them know your situation, sadly the scammers do ruin it for the genuine people
