It used to be an extra until making it all in one price I am finding many prefer that. Although used to say over the phone prior to coming.

Even over the phone just hate it but still feel obliged to visit.

Absolutely agree with you. But it is still a little turn down... because I will only bring the money that owe never a wallet breaking at the seems. But nothing worse wen you or half way true your visit in your birthday suit and you adjust for your favourite and the lady then says that 50 extra. You can walk but you or down you money.
