Comfortable for SA , Ireland would have coped with SA much better than NZ That’s life I suppose

I don`t think Ireland would have beaten the Springboks but it might have been a closer contest than yesterday`s hiding. Anyway we will never know.

Full time score 26-3. Japan gave it their best but in the end they ran out of steam and the Springboks ran out as deserved winners. This tournament has definitely given a huge boost to Japan`s standing on the world rugby stage and hopefully they will take full advantage of it in years to come. They certainly have presented a strong case for inclusion in either the Six Nations or Rugby Championship in the near future.
