I think it's because the escort doesn't advertise the price on her add, most do but some choose not to , not sure why

You are almost certainly right.I think the escort has the option to display the rate on her review regardless if the profile states rates or ask.

Some guys prefer not to list what they have paid or the location, it's up to the reviewer. I personally think the most important information is was the escort genuine, did she look like her photos.
Why do some escorts opt out of reviews?
A lot of the less genuine escorts opt out of reviews, some genuine escorts do decide to opt out. It's their choice, it's not compulsory to allow reviews. If you decide to visit an escort who opts out of reviews, you generally take a larger risk that she may not be genuine.

Thanks for all the responses guys and girls. (can't find the thank you button!?) Some differing perspectives but all equally interesting. I suspect its a privacy thing though perhaps some Escorts offer some (slight) reductions for regular clients which they may wish to not publish etc. That seems somewhat plausible and totally reasonable for all involved, if I'm correct.
