I think I've found the solution!

Whinging when you have less than 150 posts should equal a week ban.
Whinging when you have less than 100 posts, 2 week ban.
Whinging when you have less than 50 posts and you should be shot.

Seems fair to me

and what about posters with over 2000 posts that moan about others moaning
