Personally i don’t like to “work” past 8pm . I prefer day time action .
One thing I learned is nothing good in this industry happens after 10pm

The after 10pm time frame attracts the .... less desirables or under the influence.

A./ we can work whatever time we want, even i work 8am till 10pm this Don't mean have to take appointment from everyone any time.

B./ we can see whatever we want. Based on discretion what we may have

For me, the beauty of this industry is - I can pick my own clients unlike many other customer service businesses.. Be 'active' when it suits me the most.. Also, by doing it that way I will be always enjoying what I am doing.. Win for me/Win for the other party

For a while I had my schedule up until 10 the time I work until. And do you think that schedule was read by someone? Anyone? No. More than 50 percent of the people who call don’t look at the schedule either because they don’t care or don’t know where to look. So I left it to 24hrs. Again still no one cared about that.

Some people like to book in advance hours before for a certain time. It’s easier and it will save you the disappointment of someone not answering the phone on short notice
