If you are visiting a true dominatrix, you do not have to worry about endings - happy or otherwise. The Domme will decide! You may even get a chance to tell her your preferences. If you are visiting an escort who also does a bit of domination, I guess that you will get what you want.

Well in my opinion it means a Mistress doesn't offer sex some may offer happy endings some may not, some may offer intimate body worship some may not so best to speak with the ladies first and ask about their limits as to which she allows
