I think it's a fantastic idea -- if true .

Nothing like travel and experiencing other nations , other cultures to

broaden one's horizons , to make people more accepting and openminded .

And Especially when travel is done when one is young , with all them idealistic

attitudes and ideas still intact , so strong X before weather and wear closes down minds and hearts .

Travel ! Travel as much as you can x

Grand idea I say to subsidize it for them young ones for a better kinder future

amongst and in between our future fellow men/women x

(actually would be even better if the 18y olds had to Earn said subsidy !!)

Nooo. Give that trip to 100 kids. 10 of them might learn to crave free loading. 90 of them will get smarter faster. If 70 of them were poor ish to begin with then it's a great idea. Up out of your concrete impounded box and off to explore the world.
