Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there's another new law regarding roadside sobriety testing starting in March.
Guards will be testing drivers for drugs now as well as alcohol (which is a good thing).
Here's the crazy part, if you've smoked a joint within ten days of taking the test you will fail and be prosecuted.
It's ridiculous but you will be considered under the influence for something you did last week.

If you enjoy doing it, it is already illegal or the government is already taking steps to make it illegal.
