All the people in the article admitted guilt so its easy for the Gardai to bring that to the DPP and get them to bring it to court. If you deny everything the Gardai then have to seek approval from the dpp to bring you to court the DPP need to weigh up the evidence and the cost and then make a decision. The Gardai are not the law they are only one part of it, it needs to go to DPP they need to make a call on it then a Judge needs to make a judgement after that. Only a fool would admit guilt.

I mean this with total respect to you Gonzo but they are just cops nothing more, its a job. There are good ones bad ones ok ones, they are no better than you or me. The law is there for us all to be treated fairly and a judge makes the final decision NOT THEM. If you are a good person and live a good life but pay for sex here and there its no biggie, society says its wrong but we know its ok , treat the girls with respect pay them what they ask try and make them smile life is short. Of all the Gardai I have met and all the Escorts I have met I can state categorically that in general escorts are nicer more decent people than cops.
