You're only adding to the problem by adding your likes. The more reactions to this justifies it's existence.

I normally do but if I see a girl gets all her reviews disliked then if loads, of us,like her reviews it might make EI get rid of the feature
What's to stop a jealous escort to disliking reviews ?

I hear you Willie, but I have felt from the start that the option to like/dislike dilutes the original review which is not fair to the escort or the reviewer.

only because you see nothing, that does not mean nothing is happening.
we are discussing all your suggestions, behind the scenes, but to be honest we want people to vote on those reviews.
if we list users that voted, people might be inclined not to vote.
especially if they think a review is fake or does not help at all.
Frankly we do not think it affects business.
it is not a reflection on the advert, but on the content submitted by the reviewer.
maybe now people are trying to use it for a low purpose, ( - adult forum, adult pageas if), however given time, it will show you who is a reviewer you can rely on.
many called for a trusted reviewer badge to be brought back, this is something we came up with.
the badge was abused, it will not come back. we gave you this.
a pubic vote, not staff's opinion on who to trust.
a democratic vote will give you an indication, whom users trust, whose reviews you found useful.
don't discredit the whole idea, only because it is still early days.
