    I find the opposite
Most ladies idea of dirty talk is like something I could get by watching an episode of "Little house on the prairie"

(Some however have surprised me ,and I have walked back to the car looking )

I agree with you Sherry. Most Irish men...and women...don't talk freely about sex. Getting better, but still a taboo subject generally. Any discussion is usually jokey, not real.

I fully agree with you. I like to think I am a very sexually liberated person. But I know too I am affected by my Religious background. I continue to fight that

You are very true.... and women... i have a client who is married from 20 years and since 12 years ago they stopped to have sex... i asked him why he didnt try to talk with her or just try..u know... and he said she dont want to talk about ,everytime he try to open the subject she refuse to talk about this and tell him '' can u pls stop ?'' so he quit trying and accepted the situation .... dont know why many irish ladies once they grow older loose interest in sex...im exactly opposite... as much i grow older i get more experienced and i enjoy more the company of a man ..hmmm

This is very true sadly. But I also know many women who really didn't enjoy sex when they were young but then in their late thirties and forties developed huge sexual energy and adventure. I don't know if this is biological or just that they are mature enough to shake off their taboos.

I think this is very true for many men; somehow, it's the idea that 'sex isn't necessary in a relationship'; it might have been very important early on. Perhaps the pressure of parenting etc; but I'm not really sure.

And, your own experience isn't unique.
