I like the idea, it gives other countries a chance of winning.
And you can't say that a small team can't win, look at Leicester, they won the premiership last season.

More games, more excitement.

Nonsense. This is at the same time when FIFA want to reduce the max number of games per club to 50 per season. What will happen to the bigger leagues then?
