Do older punters ever try to pretend they're younger? Do they even need too e.g. are there advertisers who don't meet punters who are, say 50+, so the punter says, honest I'm 49 😜

Yes I can think of at least two who told me they were older than my age limit after the event with a cheeky smile, like they had got away with it. I had guessed that some would be older anyway, so set my age limit 5 years younger than my actual limit, so didn't bother me at all and I thought it was quite funny.

This is true. You are a wise old bird!

Is this not a slightly ageist thread!
Why do so many people feel so uncomfortable about age differences? Be it younger men with older women or older men with younger women. There still seems to be a real discomfort about it. Even on on enlightened forum such as this

To be fair, some of us older gents (not that old just older..) are ageist about ourselves when it comes to being with a younger beautiful woman. I suppose its a confidence thing...

Thanks Rocker. I'm not fully convinced it's a purely a confidence thing. We can all suffer a lack of confidence with a beautiful woman/man no matter their age. There seems to be a specific age guilt involved at some level that really shouldn't matter.

I would agree, its as much about being comfortable as being confident, a big age gap just doesn't suit some people.

Sorry, I just realised that this was an over 50s thread, i'll get my coat.

When I look at males in their twenties, I see they are obviously much younger than me.
When I look at women in their twenties, I often don't see a similar age gap(the women, of course, see the exact age gap).
Is this a common male delusion?

For me it's very much a guilt thing and if I feel guilty, my body won't cooperate. The last escort I visited was in her early 20s and surprised me by being the lady in the pics. Right from entering the room, I felt comfortable with her, so much so that I had problems removing my trousers due to something pointing the opposite direction. And before I left, she left me in no doubt that I'm welcome to visit her again.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.
