    I have to say I took up James's recommendation and she is a treat - I didn't have any problem with arrangements.

    I tend to have a similar policy - no second chances - but she let you down when she was quite new to the site. Many girls start with a first-come-first-served policy in early days. Up to you, but I suggest giving her the benefit of the doubt.
