Anal - active/passive ??

So what's the deal with this ? active/passive - not entirely sure what this means. I'm presuming it means they offer the service but just kind of thrown off by the wording. For some girls it shows up in the profile piece but then isn't listed in their favourites. I'm not too fussed bout this fav but have been wondering for the last few weeks. Thoughts ?
