If all sectors of the economy public sector wages , private sector wages, escort services, general goods and services prices all go back to 2007/ 2008 levels

The economy will again have massive inflation, leading to another potential downturn. There is not the money in government or private sector to payfor increased prices in general.

ladies can charge what they want yes......but too high a price relative to their peers and they will lose regular reliable customers who are not time wasters.

A lot of hate for bus and luas drivers? I don’t know what they earn, but I’m sure it’s not a fortune. They’re hardly the first careers that spring to mind when someone says Fat cats.
If guys want to win some good will by telling the escorts they are worth far more than they are asking that’s ok, but why gang up on some working class schmoes?

I can see that from your reviews. Trouble is the whinging posters with no reviews continually complaint about everything from cold showers to no girlfriend experience. If it drives me mad I can only guess it must be worse for the escorts. Perhaps that's the reason they have abandoned the boards.

But they don't have representatives to sort it out. The gulf between the really too class ladies and the chancers or agency girls is not really fully reflected in the current prices.

Plenty of people don't have unions or guaranteed defined income rates. Ask anyone who is self employed. You negotiate or set your rates. Nobody is there to represent you. Well done to the ladies who charge what they wish, as high as they can push the market and hopefully they get it.

As for the gulf, well cream rises, and punters who moan about being ripped off or not wanting to pay higher rates, well, do your research first, sorry. Otherwise it's like putting your money on red or black then spinning the wheel. At any price.

That may be true but you need to take a few things into account first.

1) They knew what they were signing up to when they started the job.
2) They are relatively unskilled and the training does not take very long
3) Many public servants who require significant education, training and have much greater responsibility earn less than they do (gardai, nurses, teachers)
4) Their salary was at or above the average industrial wage to begin with
5) They hold the country to ransom whenever they feel like a 53% increase (LUAS drivers' "Opening position")

I'm not begrudging them their representation, but when they provide a public service they have a responsibility to sort out their grievances as quickly as possible, otherwise they will incur the wrath of the public. In the case of the LUAS drivers in particular, I think a little public wrath was more than justified.

Lol, man I know, I'm not arguing with you at all, I just think its a little pointless. The ladies are much smarter than we are and trust me they need no encouragement from us to raise their prices. Being selfish, I wish they all worked for half what they do now. Especially the top ladies... they know who they are...

I am not entirely sure that you are right. With all these moaners rambling on and on it creates an atmosphere and it would be a brave lady to hike up her prices. I have also noticed very few new top class girls have arrived here lately and I think it's because of the deflated fees.

Before the crash in 2008 the going rate was 240 an hour.

So the Luas drivers, the bus drivers and soon the Gardai are all looking for a restoration of their 2008 pay..and more.

So come on ladies...get together and organise a general increase of at least 20 per cent. Perhaps even more because rents are now sky high! You really do deserve it for bring a bit of joy to our otherwise dull lives!
