I'd thoroughly agree with Sandy. I think some people forget it's a luxory, not a right. It's their business and they have costs too. They can charge whatever they deem their service to be worth. There'll always be some cheaper then others but as a consumer you can chose to go for the bargains or pay more for presumably a better service.
