When i am touring i have a lot more expenses and the rate of exchange is truly awful right now. I get approx. £80 for 100e, so work out at around £170 after charges.
My car has guzzled £150 so far during the tour i'm on at the moment and i'm not home yet with an empty tank. I've spent a total of 10 hours on the road and have another hour and 20 to go before i get back home.
This is why i stopped touring. It's only because i took a mini break in the south that i decided to break it up with a tour this time and although i do miss some of my old clients and it has been lovely to see some familiar faces from old again but i'm knackered with having to make up for all the outgoings before i get the income i would normally get from keeping still.
