Yes I hate crowds as well. If I could describe how it feels to someone, for me to be in a large social event with lots of people say in a small room. It is like someone having a fear of dogs and you are surrounded by them. But you do not want the dogs to know that you are scared because they will notice. So your heart races and you cannot think and in your head your are screaming get me f*cking out of here. All the while you are trying to look calm and avoid spilling your drink you have because your hand is shaking and try and take in the conversation that is going on, but you are struggling to add 5 + 5 at this point. it's horrible and it is exhausting. Over the years I have become an expert in avoidance.
But me with just another person or even two people in the right situation I am fine

That exactly how I feel but I conquered the crowds bit as it doesn't bother me as much now apart if I am in a lift. with too many or it too over crowded in a area..As you right you sweat and hands shake and you just want to get heck out of there and trying to stay calm and relax at same time..But hate disappoint you Paul their is no cure as it up to yourself to try conquer your fear..But ladies phobia I don't think I ever conquer as with my last partner we had a spare room and some night I use to wake up and sleep in spare room as I like my own single bed..I hope you not like me and fear meeting a escort as I nerves play hell and always make for the chair if one in room and sit so she can't sit beside me..And if no chair I stand up against wall and chat as they then ask sit beside them but I decline as shyness is bad..To be honest Paul I think this should be PM as a lot of Escorts tend to put off meeting shy guy but I am on my smartphone here in London and can't PM but next Sunday I will be able then as be on my laptop..Stay in touch Paul and it good to know some else is going through same phobia I have with ladies and crowds..Hopefully you meet plenty of good Escorts as their is a lot of great one here who will understand..Amy Alison Anastasia Sexy Crystal that a few and more..Good luck punting Paul and stay in contact mate..
