Users can remove their own posts for a short while after they're posted.

I have done little to none moderation on this thread on purpose.
I did not want to be accused of any favouritisms or fiddling with what you've said.

It was a very important exercise for me I am extremely happy that I got people talking.
Sadly it finished in an argument.

Many important points were made and touched upon.
Good food for thoughts for the Mods and the management.
(Yes, I do have a Boss).

I appreciate all your constructive criticisms.
How otherwise will we get better if we are not told what are our shortcomings?
I am extremely grateful for it and thank you everyone, once again, for taking part.
