Only use thumb and one finger, you mightn't be able to cum first few times but resist the urge to grab it like normal. After a few months a pussy/bj will feel like god herself is on your dick!

I think I have this too.

And I'm only 25. I am genuinely worried about it. Like I'm having sex with a beautiful woman and I just can't seem to reach orgasm. It kinda destroys the soul.

    Fuck

Anyone manage to reverse the effects successfully? Went 3 weeks from last having sex untill again yesterday (with no self service inbetween times) and even with the 0.01's it wouldn't happen.

And if any teens/early 20 something are reading this, fucking stop chugging it multiple times a day. If you eventually get to a point where you have the cash for semi-regular punting, it's kinda killed it big time.
DGS as you refer to it, is another form of impotence similar to ED, but unlike ED, there are no medical treatments. The inability to ejaculate is not due to "DGS", but a symptom of ageing. However, certain factors like obesity, too much alcohol consumption, smoking and certain prescription drugs can make it much worse. Also aniexty and / or diabetes can also be predisposing factors.

As we age, our testosterone levels decrease, so testosterone supplementation may help. But also increasing fitness, eating a well balanced diet, limiting alcohol to 7 units per week, giving up smoking and limiting porn / masturbation definitely help a lot of men.

There are drugs before being developed for this common condition at present, but it looks like lifestyle changes will be necessary also.

Speak to your GP, maybe consider testosterone supplementation, also other hormones, join a gym, etc. Not alone will your sex life improve, but your overall quality of life will also...trust me.

    I'm not even 30!

Also its not that I can't ejaculate, a firm hand (mine or otherwise) is no problem

That's terrible, you can't continue without trying to treat it.

If you live near Dublin, I recommend Kate McCabe who is a sex psychotherapist, http://www.katemccabe.ie/home.

She accepts self referrals and is definitely worth a try.

I'm sure there are other sex psychotherapists around the country also.

I can understand why. When I was discovering the magic of self service it would take 30mins to download a pretty vanilla clip that was a few seconds long at shitty quality. And god forbid you had some oddball fetish.

Now you can get HD porn about everything instantly, for free.

A healthier lifestyle from what I understand will definitely help in this case. Believe a lot of men I know suffer from this, but as they get older and unfortunately leads to unhealthy lifestyles due to stress and lack of time in their lives - it ends up reflecting in their sex lifes :-/
